Our Story

Tri-State Builders began doing business in 1986 building garages and additions in Broome and Tioga County areas. We had always poured our own concrete slabs, but then in 1988 we started pouring frost walls, and since 1989, we have been pouring full foundations. Currently we no longer do any building but have concentrated on concrete walls and flat work.

We pride ourselves of quality work ranging from residential to large commercial projects not only throughout our local area but as far as Oneonta, NY and Scranton, PA.  Local membership includes Southern Tier Home Builders and Remodelers Association and Triple Cities Regional Concrete Promotion Council. We are based in Binghamton.
